Information we collect
When you join the GigMakr launch list, we collect your email address. You may also provide talents and skills, platforms you have used, an additional platform name, and, if offered in the form, your first name and country. We record when you consented and which version of the signup consent was presented. Email ownership is not verified merely by submitting the form.
How we use your information
We use your submission to manage the prelaunch interest list, understand the skills and experience of prospective freelancers, and send the freelancer launch and closely related updates you requested. Signing up does not create a GigMakr seller account or guarantee earnings. We do not sell waitlist subscriber information.
Where it is stored and who provides services
Signup and privacy-request information is stored in Cloudflare D1 for GigMakr. Cloudflare also serves this website and its Turnstile anti-spam verification. We may use an email delivery provider when launch messages are sent, which will process the contact details needed to deliver those messages. Our website may load fonts and AI-service icons from external services; those providers may receive ordinary technical request information, such as IP address and browser information.
External AI assistants
If you select an AI assistant, you leave GigMakr for that service, where the provider's terms and privacy practices apply. GigMakr does not receive your conversations with those assistants merely because you used our links.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist details while they are needed to administer the prelaunch list and related launch communications, and remove them when they are no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal obligations. You may request access, deletion or that we stop contacting you at any time. Any promotional email we send will provide an unsubscribe method.
Use the form below or email [email protected]. For your protection, we verify email ownership before disclosing or deleting personal information. Form requests are placed in a queue for manual handling: submitting a request does not automatically change or delete a waitlist record.

We may update this notice as GigMakr develops. The date at the top indicates the latest version. Additional disclosures may apply in some locations.
